We invite you to RSVP online or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.

Fort St. John Airport (YXJ) is the closest airport. It's located at 9919 Terminal Rd, Baldonnel BC V1J 8J3, which about 45 mins away from Dawson Creek. Enterprise rentals is located at the airport if you prefer renting your own vehicle for the weekend. You can also make arrangements, and someone will happily pick you up.

The Ceremony will be outdoors, so dress accordingly. Fingers crossed, it doesn't rain. The Reception, however, will be locationed inside a nicely air conditioned banquet room.

The ceremony will have a couple options, either street or lawn parking available. Please be respectful while parking in front of other residences. The reception venue, on the other hand, offers plently of parking.

Stonebridge is directly attached to the FIXX restaurant and offers the best rates. The Pomeroy also shares the same parking lot and has decent rooms. You can either call the hotels or book via Booking.com. Please visit their websites in the "Travel" section for more information.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. If you have any concerns, please contact Alexandra.

We welcome the whole family to attend the Ceremony, however, due to the Reception venue restrictions, we're accomodating only the children of close family. Thanks for understanding!

We plan on having an entree choice that's gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. All of our menu items will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

There will be complementary bottles of water and non-alcoholic beverages available during the Ceremony. We do highly recommend bringing cash, credit or debit if you plan on indulging in alcoholic beverages at the reception, as drinks will not be covered. There will also be a few non-alcoholic choices provided to you at no cost.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception. You can also mail it to 917 106th Ave, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 2N8.

We kindly ask that you keep it an "unplugged" ceremony and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special time. We do, however, encourage photos and videos at the reception.

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, until we do, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images.
